Michelle was great! Despite a bit of a mix-up on the booking (appointments are usually an hour, which I didn't realize, and my hair definitely takes longer than that) she still accommodated the appointment. Michelle was knowledgeable (and as an added bonus, hilarious), and helped fix a very awkward cut from a previous salon. I'm now on day 2 hair and it's still looking excellent. I'd definitely recommend booking an appointment! I also really appreciated that the whole salon is triple vaccinated, and stylists wore masks.
