Absolutely horrible. Nothing but a glorified pharmacy. All they do is prescribe drugs or send you to another doctor. My wife was sick. Because the symptoms resembled COVID they would not see her. Really? So they suggested a phone consultation. Disappointing but understandable. Full charge like an office visit. Full charge for a few minutes of the doctors time. During office visits the doctor rushes you through everything and isn't interested in what you have to say, as if you were stupid. The condescension isn't even veiled. Clearly money is the primary concern, not the patients. I have diabetes. After being prescribed Ozempic I had lightheadedness every time I stood and extreme nausea. After I told the doctor I couldn't take this medicine her attitude towards me changed completely as if I had done something wrong. Do not go to this place if you want a caring experience.

I was totally satisfied for 16 years. All ran smoothly. Then MWHC took over and things went south, causing my doctor into early retirement. With such a useless front office staff, I could remain no longer. Due to various health issues, it has taken me a year to find a doctor to my liking, and she is Excellent.

Front desk put someone on hold for several minutes to talk about her dinner last night. Then spend another few minutes on their phones. Hope that person wasn’t calling about anything important 😖. They are so rude and unprofessional. If they are going to continue to be so, practice needs to make their area soundproof. I don’t want to hear about their personal lives or the private information about patients who are on the phone. They also gave a older man an attitude when he had a hard time hearing them speak. Then proceeds to loudly talk to the women in the back for over ten minutes, leaving only one receptionist up front. I love the doctors and nurses here, but it is not worth coming here. It is impossible to even reach the front desk, let alone not be put on hold for over 10 minutes. I have received the same level of medical care and much better customer service from urgent cares.

Unable to refill prescriptions, phone call messages not returned, can’t get an appointment for 3+ months!! Nobody cares here!!
