I needed my basement floor repaired. I contacted Jason and he responded quickly with a quote. We moved forward and the job was completed in a timely manner. Thanks for a job well done.

We had this company put epoxy on our outside concrete porches. It was installed December of 2021, however, due to poor quality of product that was sent to them, it did not cure properly and it became very discolored and sticky. In October of 2022, they came back and allowed a color change and reapplied the new color on both porches at no charge to me. They are very professional and did an awesome job taking care of us and this situation.

These people are in way over their heads. Did work around my pool. $17,000. Every slab cracked in less than one year! Starting calling in April. It is now Nov. still no annual inspection. Finally I was told no point since we have cracks. Now they’re trying to sell me $$$$ of dollars to redo. They’ll say they responded, every time my husband or I reached out it took weeks for them to respond. Doesn’t matter. I’m sure they’ll have some bogus excuse for their response. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Against my normal instinct, I was receptive to a door-to-door solicitor advertising Epoxy Floor Experts. Since I had a severely weather damaged concrete sidewalk, I requested Epoxy Floor Experts come to my residence to provide a quote to repair the sidewalk with their product. In November 2021, "Sales Rep Ian" thoroughly explained the product and process to include that current sidewalk would be diamond grinded to correct the pitted/damaged areas of the sidewalk. The contract was clearly marked "diamond grinding" and I received a quote that included this step in the process. The estimated start date was provided as early April 2022, and that I would receive a call approximately a week prior to start. When May 2022 approached, I called to inquire about the status of the project. I was told that due to supply chain issues it could be either "the beginning of" or "the end of" May. When June 2022 came, I still had not heard anything, so I called to inquire again. I was told that "Mary" was the person responsible for scheduling. I left messages requesting "Mary" to call me, however, to this day I have never received any call or correspondence from "Mary." I was later told the "Mary" is "part owner" of the company. When July 2022 came, I again inquired about my project and received a call from "VP Ian" who blamed a change in a better quality product but did little to offer any progress regarding the status of the project or address the apparent communication issues. I followed up with attempts to contact "Mary" and again left messages (voicemail and personally to other representatives who promised to provide the message to "Mary") because we were leaving on vacation in August and did not want to have the project start while we were away. While on vacation, I received multiple messages from "Gabby" notifying me that there will be someone out to "power wash" the sidewalk. I was confused why it would be necessary to "power wash" the surface of something that was supposed to be diamond grinded. I was irritated that my notification that I would be away and unavailable was apparently ignored or not considered, but I was also worried that if I objected that the project would get delayed unreasonably even longer. The rubber stone product was installed on August 18, 2022 by "Garry" and his assistant. "Garry" even complained about the pitted areas causing "bubbling" but he believed he was able to correct any bubbles. After it set, there are several areas where there is "bubbling", uneven spots, and a 2-3" crack. I contacted "Gabby" and explained my displeasure with the entire process and the fact that the job was not performed as quoted (to include the diamond grinding). "Gabby" did apologize, but ultimately explained that the diamond grinding should never have been promised. "Gabby" further explained that the process/product is merely a "cosmetic overlay" and we should never have been promised that any "correction" would happen. Even though "Gabby" acknowledged that things were promised contractually but not performed, there has been no offer to make it right. I asked "Gabby" if anyone was coming to inspect the work, and she stated "Garry" would do it when he collected the wood forms. There is no quality control apparently, and I got no response when I requested someone come out to inspect "Garry's" work. Some issues are minor, but collectively the constant promises that are not fulfilled has been exhausting. As a customer paying a lot of money, I deserve to be treated fairly, but the obvious discombobulation within this company's ranks only diminishes the value of their service and product. Since I initially posted this review, "VP Ian" personally came to my residence to review our experience. He seemed receptive, apologetic, and showed empathy. Hopefully we can come to an understanding and things will improve for future customers. So much for that. I've been completely ghosted since I changed the review to 3 instead of 1...so back to one it is and I'll be seeking legal action.
