Dirty, multiple machines out of order, soap dispenser in bathroom broken, where soap is added to machines was filthy. Fan fell out of ceiling right before I entered. Some guy came close to getting hurt. Was clearly not to code!!! Used an extension cord for power. Ain't going back!!!!

The place definitely needs help. It looks like they are in the process of remodeling judging by the new dryers which are very generously sized compared to the raggedy old ones they used to have. The detergent vending machine was all empty except for the Clorox 2. Either get the broken HE machines fixed or replace them. This place is not what it used to be and as much as this place is a Heights staple, it is in a desperate state and needs some very much needed TLC. Please, Grandview, get it together.

I'm different

It's a good place to go if you don't want to be around a lot of people but it's dirty and there is a leak in the roof and water on the floor and you can slip and hurt yourself. This place has went downhill from when I was a kid. VERY SAD 😞😫😢🤦‍♀️. Would be better if they had someone to clean it up and fix things around there.

Very hot. It was over 80 today. They had 1 fan going. A group of 4 kids around 13/14. Just hanging out talking about climbing in the machines. Multiple washers either leak or are out of order. It is normally mellow.
