Slow an unorganized! 2 hours an counting..a real dump lol

WM is the worst. They show up when not scheduled, can't keep track of what containers I have (they came by the other day to empty a compactor I have never had). I have called them literally every week to correct the schedule and they mess it up again the next week. Today they showed up before we opened and took a container that was practically empty and was scheduled for p/u in two weeks. Calling the office doesn't help, nobody pays attention to what the operators write down. How do I get out of my contract?

This a very cool state of the art recycling facility. They also accept construction debris. This is the most convenient place in Loudoun County to get rid of Recycling and construction and demolition debris.
