It is open to public but cater for designers and decorators. You are free to roam and ask questions.

Can anyone come to the Design Center DC to peruse fabrics? Purchase have to made through designer?

While the showrooms are to the trade, public/retail consumers are welcome to come into the WDC and browse. Purchases must be made through a designer or architect with the exception of some floor sample sales when showrooms may sell directly to the public.
