I can rarely get an appointment so it's hard to say. They only book one month in advance so it's hard to get anything timely. I'm considering canceling my membership after I use my available massages and trying a different franchise.

New management. New problems. I loved Massage Envy prior to the management change. I'm not sure what happened, but some of the new front desk staff (1 in particular) is snippy, arrogant, and down right disrespectful. Unfortunately, she is the barrier between me and the amazing technicians and specialists on the other side of the door. This location's only saving grace is what I get on the other side of that door. Otherwise, I would move my patronage somewhere else.

Shameful, just shameful. I called at 12:56pm on 8/30 to start a new membership and was told that they’d email me the forms to sign and send back. By 5:36pm still no email, so I call back. I’m told that a new email would be sent out. I even checked my spam folder, still no emails. I call again on 8/31 at 2:24pm to let them know once more that I haven’t received their emails. At this time, I tell them that I can come in and sign everything since I’d be in the area soon. I go in around 3:30pm to sign, only to be told that my membership wouldn’t start on 8/30 as originally planned, it would start on 8/31 instead. Okay, no problem - except membership has now increased by $5/month. So now I have to pay more for their incompetence?! Unreal. I hope they’re services are MUCH better than the front desk service I’ve received thus far, smh. And oddly enough, my just signed wellness agreement landed in my email inbox at 3:26pm. So clearly there’s nothing wrong with my email!! I suppose they just wanted to charge me more money per month, smh
