Driver lied about delivering a package and I have it all on video. Sad expected better from UPS and when you call them they try to inform you that it was delivered and I’m like no ma’am I was one in the window two my cameras caught it all. Smh

You can pick up packages late if you call to let them know when you are coming
If you are talking about the one in front of the building, they pick it up right after 7 PM when they close.
They don't give out the direct number you must go thru the 1800 pick ups number for the call center
NO!! YOU CANNOT PICK UP A PACKAGE HERE !! UNTIL AFTER 3!! But wasnt informed about this when we called this morning and told them to keep it there amd we will pick it up, NOBODY SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE OPEN TIL 3!! CORPORATE SAID THEY HAVE NO WAY TO CONTACT THE PEOPLE INSIDE THE WALDORF BUILDING!! REALLY?? THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE INDIDE THIS BUILDING?? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! WE DROVE OVER AN HOUR TO GET HERE, AND CAN SIT IN THE PARKING LOT FOR 2 HRS !! I DONT BELIEVE THAT CORP. CANT CALL ANYONE INSIDE THIS BUILDING!!
