They do great....only problem I have is when a package don't be delivered....you can't get your money back! The system is horrible! And there's no 9ne too talk too....why have insurance on packages and if it gets lost....the process is so jacked up and you can't get no answer!

Alonzo was a great help at the front desk and answered all my questions. No issues today. Quick service with shipping a flat rate envelope priority mail. I will follow up with the shipping tracking number to make sure my destination receives the package.

If I could give 0 stars for every USPS location in the state of Virginia I would but for now I’ll focus on this location. I sent out a piece of mail with my CONFIDENTIAL/ gov information on it. After 3 weeks of it not reaching its destination I went to the office to check the status. They told me that there’s nothing that they can do about it being lost and made 0 efforts to help when it was no ones fault but theirs that my mail had been lost. For them to show such little remorse and not even apologize for losing my personal government information disgust me and I will NEVER use USPS again. This also isn’t the first time this has happened, the first time I had PAID for express shipping and they lost my package as well. I was still met with the same idgaf it’s not out problem mentality.
