Positive: Pool was nice Negative: I booked a king suite and at check in was given a single queen room. Big difference. Was not refunded for the price difference and was told there was no way to be refunded.

Stay was ok. Looks like they can use new bedding. Chlorine in pool area was way to strong. Otherwise it seemed clean enough.

No elevator on premises and rooms were very outdated. Upon arrival discovered there was no elevator and after entering the room there were stains on the carpet and room had an odd smell to it. Immediately I went down stairs and told them I would not be staying and gave them the room key. A few days later I received a charge for the room.

Love! Quality Inn management and staff were just great to work with. I had very odd check in and check out hours and the manager, Marsha, was very understanding and accommodating. I could have paid an extra day hotel every visit but, being a not super busy town, the manager made an exception and gained my customer loyalty over Sleep Inn and other top competitive hotels.
