Drive through order took a while to get handed out to us but I think they are very short-staffed. Our order was hot and fresh. Forgot to skip the Tomatoes on my Frisco but otherwise very good food.

With it being busy a person would think that the food would be fresher and hot especially having to wait longer than normal, but it was almost cold, especially the fries. The Frisco had so much mayo on it that I had to take some off or it would have been inedible! And when I asked the person who was working at the drive through a question, his response was extremely rude saying that he wasn't a privileged enough employee to know the answer to my question! Not only his answer but the way he said it was wrong. If an employee doesn't know what happened to asking the manager? I have been going to this Hardee's for years and it's gone downhill both in customer service and food quality really fast! BTW, I would have used a different way to contact you about the issues but since your employees didn't bother to include a receipt with my order I had no order number to reference.

The worst breakfast we have ever had. Our potatoes were cold and tasted like dirty oil my Frisco breakfast sandwich did not look anything like the picture on the menue board and only had ham and cheese on half of the soggy sandwich. The eggs looked like they had been cooked for a of hours. The breakfast burrito was absolutely tasteless. We won't go back for breakfast
