Has approximately 101 annoying little issues with it - impossible to turn the shower on without it hitting you in face, don't supply shower gel or toothpaste unless requested, requests take ages, charge for breakfast even when the companies payed, no early check in. Could go on but they are all completely petty. But. They add up!

As previous poster mentioned I can confirm this as well. You do need room key to use elevator.
