Package delivery nightmare! If friends and family send a package to your address it won’t deliver to your apartment, it will lay around outside the leasing office some opened, I lost several pakages. I called FedEx about my package and been told the management office at Baileys’s Crossing told them not to deliver package, all packages has to be addressed to a new concierge service cost $17 each months which designed only for online purchase. My package took one week for a next day delivery service and left outside my door for a signature required package, it’s so annoying.

I have been living here for one year and I love this community and I love my appartment the place is nice there is a playground for the kids, gym, barbecue place and a pool. The leasing office staff are very nice and professional. I really recommend Bailey's Crossing appartments.

I’m no stranger to bad apartment complexes. The unit was not ready for move in on my lease start date. When my boyfriend and I moved in, the unit riddled with issues. Some of our appliances were not fully functional. The washer was leaking water for multiple days befor maintenance could look at it. Most repairs take multiple attempts. The leasing staff can be hit or miss. I found the property managers are unwilling to communicate with me regarding the issues. They only directly communicate with my boyfriend. We are both listed on the lease. Update: Both our bathrooms are unusable. Management kindly suggested I update my review.

I’ve lived here for many years and I love it. From the amenities to the upscale look of the apartments, this is the place to be. From a customer service standpoint, Baileys is top notch. Marcus Brady, the Community Support Specialist, has been absolutely wonderful, especially with navigating the ups and downs of living here during covid. He’s been beyond helpful and so kind and is such an amazing asset to the Baileys team. All in all, 10 out of 10, I highly recommend.
