We've lived here for about 4.5 years unfortunately we have to live here til our lease is up next summer. We moved in when Terri was manager and she was rude wanted to come in whenever she wanted, even let herself in a couple times while we were sleeping with our baby in the morning. Then Carrie starting being manager and she's worse. We've complained about how our windows leak water in the winter and how our window sills grow mold. She not only told us that maintenance never came in to check but that it's in fact just mildew and that all we needed to do was wipe the window sills everyday. It's been cold for a few weeks and already I've had to bleach and scrub the windows down. I have a 4 year old old and a baby that now have to live with half moldy windows at any given time because they refuse to even come look at what is mold. Not to mention when I was pregnant having our closet shelf fall on me off the wall because they installed it improperly. This is a God awful place to live. I've heard Carrie complain and run her mouth about tenants to other tenants and random people as well. Very unprofessional and they don't do their jobs at all but want to complain about the tenants complaining or having an attitude. We count the days til we can move out of this dump. Definitely not worth living here. Wouldn't recommend this place if they paid me.

Daughter and her fiance were told they make to much. He is the only one working and they have an infant. I know someone that live there that make more an hr than he does and its only one of them. I guess its who you know in the office if you get an apartment.

I have lived here since 2001 I love it here and love the staff and the maintenance. They are always here for us and willing to get things done. The staff is friendly and very helpful and goes out of there way to get the job done on ever aspect.

I have been living here for two yrs I have never had a problem with either other tenants or the staff on the the office , Terry is a good landlord and she does cares about her tenants does who don’t like her or talk about her is because they must of have done something wrong where she probably had call their attention.. any how I will highly recommend this place to live the neighbors are really nice and respectful.
