I think you can get a single adult week-long temporary pass for under $30.
They offer group and individual swim lessons. I would talk to the coordinator about your child's needs to ensure the best fit.
The Shelburne site is going to Covenant Church.

The YMCA closes at 5pm today and is closed on New Year's Day.
They have a preschool lesson for 3-5 year olds. They also have a parent & child lesson designed for ages 6 mos. - 2 years old and a parent & child II designed for ages 2-3 years
