Perfect experience. Friendly staff. Technician doing repairs on-site. Evaluated lamp while I waited to confirm if they could fix it. The repair happened while I waited — whole process took less than 30 minutes (on a Sat morning). The ballpark estimate I received over the phone matched the information I received in store.

Beware, the abrupt staff cheerfully tells you that, "if this shade doesn't work for you, just bring it back within 7 days," Not mentioning that it will be for store credit only - No refunds! BTW, Bethesda Sunlighting on nearby Old Georgetown Road closed its showroom, but still does lamp and chandelier repairs, rewiring, etc.
