This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at for work. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Getting into the room felt like "ahh I'm home" instead of feeling like you're in some foreign place away from home. Edit: I forgot to mention how nice the staff was. Everyone I came in contact with seemed very happy and giving. They seemed to care and want to make sure you were taken care of. The guy that's typically there at night was awesome as well as the lady that was there in the evening, and the morning. I hope I get more jobs around that area so I can stay there again. Great breakfast in the morning as well. They have biscuits and gravy amongst other things.

I was very impressed with the staff at this hotel. Every Staff member I met was friendly and courteous. As an employee from another hotel I stayed using the employee rate and they treated me as well as I would treat one of our elite members. I can't say enough about their patience and their professionalism. As a customer Service representative I am sure I could learn a thing or two from these amazing people. I wish I could list all of their names so their boss knows what an amazing job they did, but I honestly met so many that I just don't remember so I am sorry. The rooms were super clean and the pool was out of the way enough that we didn't have to worry about our kids disturbing guests. A truly amazing place to stay. My only complaint is that you don't allow pets. It would have been nice to have been able to bring our dog along with us to Dinosaur World, but because you don't allow pets we had to leave her at home. You should really consider changing that policy, working for a hotel that allows them it really does bring in a decent amount of extra money and if the pet fee is high enough the kind of clientele you get don't have pets that destroy things. Just a small suggestion being as you are so close to so many pet friendly activities.

Foodie

Stayed here while in town on business/pleasure. The young man at the front desk was polite and got me checked in quickly. There were plenty of luggage carts available in the foyer. As a Spire member, I was graciously upgraded to a roomier suite without having to request the upgrade. The hallways and the room were impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Glasgow area. We will definitely be returning here on future visits.
