My husband and I have been doing “research” online for the best travel stroller for our upcoming trip with baby. There are so many mixed messages and reviews online, all claiming that different strollers are the best. How lucky we were to run into Joe- the most knowledgeable person we’ve ever met on baby gear. We are confident and happy with our purchase and will be back to this location again, even though it is out of our way. Other associates who helped us were also very friendly and patient. I didn’t catch his name, but thank you for your patience to the gentleman at the desk when I took forever to choose a canopy color!

Honestly for a brick and mortar store this is a travesty, the store is stocked okay and is what you expect from it as a big box retailer. But the employees leave so much to be desired, never in my life have I seen a crew that doesn't belong in this business. The staff all the way to the floor manager showed a disturbing lack of knowledge and care for the products, serving expecting or new parents you should have a basic amount of respect for thr products by knowing what's going on. It's clear its just a store of people just trying to make a buck. You'd be better off trying a different store or Amazon to be honest.

Here is my story, I’m originally from the DC area. I’m stationed at Fort Bragg NC. Around a year and half ago, prior to my son being born, we stopped by Buy Buy Baby in Springfield. My wife and I were going to be new parents and we needed information on which strollers would best fit our lifestyle within the states and overseas. This is when we met Joe, Joe was able to provide us with options that proved to be beneficial for what we were looking for. The product he recommended was highly rated in the US and tested within Europe. Fast forward today, my son has just turned a year old and we are expecting our daughter in November. It was about time to move my son into the next car seat up. We traveled to a few Buy Buy Baby locations within our location. Although the associates were kind and helpful, no one was as informative and detailed as Joe. We called the Springfield VA location just to ask Joe if he can help us make a decision. Sure enough, Joe was able to help us again. Joe is truly someone that my family and I trust. Thanks again Joe!
