The tray where the ice bucket sets is filthy. There was a burn hole in the sheet. Other than that, I really have no complaints. The room looked and smelled to be clean.

Front desk is with full of smoking smell. Service is horrible at front desk while morning check out. Receipt was hand written and don't provide unless you ask for it.Advertised as free breakfast but nothing. You get what you pay for. Cheap and the service is what can be expected

I don't expect great things from a Super 8, but for $89.80 I do expect a clean room. It was obvious as soon as we reached our room that the housekeeping is slipshod, to say the least. I was kinda bugged by the streaks on the mirrors but I had to dust around the microwave and clean off the fingerprints all over the fridge. Couldn't figure out why the dog kept rummaging around in the bathroom until I found a dirty washcloth under the sink. Floors are dusty. Beds are comfortable and the staff is exceptionally friendly. They need to stop advertising that they serve breakfast. It made sense once, but we're more than 2 years into a pandemic and if you still don't have breakfast, you don't serve breakfast and saying you do is disingenuous, at best. Serve breakfast or stop promising that you do so people can make other plans.

Room was clean. Pool was definitely not warm and had to ask for pool towels twice. The fridge and heater make squealing noises and we got up for breakfast only to be informed they no longer serve breakfast like advertised only have coffee.. big disappointment

I did so I waiting on them
It is nasty and the drain if kids jump,in the pool the water doesnt drain the staff was rude air conditioning didnt work in my room which that can happen. They gave me a fan and said will change me in the morning. But, when pulled covers back there was food in the bed. they changed my room which air worked in that room but the comforter and blanket stunk like sweat. This was at midnight when had to take all my stuff from previous room Thankfully I,had brought blanket with me . the next day had to ask for towels to be replaced and out the blankets and comforters outside the door and told the maids they needed washed because they stunk . kept having to ask,for trash bags and toilet paper and towels. Had to trade the towels we used which was fine. But the 3rd day my kids and I were there asked 3 time for towels once to maids in the morning and when came back from sons baseball no,towels no garbage bags . went down,and asked front desk again. She said she would get me some later
