The customer service at the Waldorf location is absolutely ridiculous here now. It hasn’t always been this way, but after 2021, during the pandemic, the service has completely gone down hill. They never answer the phone, and for the last 2 days (10/17 & 10/18), the recording says that they are closed, and I’ve called during business hours. There have been times when I have walked in, with the phone ringing in my hand to speak with someone, and when I get to the desk, the receptionists are literally just sitting there, not busy at all. Yes, I have to actually ride to the office to make appointments at this point. I will say that when and if you finally get an appointment, the vets and techs are nice, but I’m starting to consider finding another vet for my fur baby. I have had a banfield plan for him since he was a pup (5 years), but I think we are coming to an end. Managers at Waldorf PLEASE DO BETTER WITH YOUR FRONT DESK STAFF! I don’t really have the issues at other locations, but I would like to enjoy the location that is convenient and closer to me.

I was charged monthly over the pandemic and my dog wasn’t able to be seen for shots ir anything else unless it was a sick visit. When I stopped my bank from automatic bill paying. Bandfield put the remaining balance on my credit report. Corporate refused to help me or remove the debt. Why should I had paid monthly if every time I called my pet was refused an appointment. He need shots, nail trim, etc. I requested Bandfield to back date and credit the account for the months they refused to see him. And we start the contract from there they refused that all. Not along I was I was forced to get the plan. Because it was way more than the price given on the phone. Whatever you do don’t get into a monthly payment plan.

I called the hospital 7 times today to make an appointment. I was unable to reach a live body and the voicemail was full so I could never leave a message. Looking to find another vet and stop paying this monthly insurance when I can’t reach anyone just to make an appointment for shots.

Their phone lines are very busy and sometimes they don't answer or return your calls. However, over the years I've had very good experiences with the staff and my dog's care.
