With all the competition from UPS and FedEx and Amazon Prime you would think USPS would step up their customer service. Took a small box to ship. I asked for an 8” strip of tape to tape the top closed and they said I’d have to purchase the entire roll. Meanwhile UPS stores have never ever denied an insignificant strip of tape. Government agency customer service:(

Nothing can change the fact that this is the post office and staff will be staff. On a good day, might catch a friendly employee. I came on a weekday when it was slow, so zero line. I love hiw advanced they are becoming. They sell greeting cards, they have advanced credit card readers where you can tap your card. They still have the barrier between employees and custoners, so thats great since masks aren't required. This visit was specifically to mail out an Ebay return. It was so seamless and easy, minimal words exchanged. I pulled up the QR code, scanned and ready to go.
