Fast service and delicious ramen!

I jokingly told my friend I want to move to DC just to be able to get this Ramen everyday. The food was amazing, our server was absolutely awesome. I will come back here when I go to DC again. This place was recommended by a local and I'm so glad she lead us here. A quick walk from our hotel too.

Came with a friend on a Saturday for lunch around 11:45am and was seated right away. The space is really cute, with seating suitable for all party sizes. We were sat at the counter and had a view of the ramen making process. I ordered the Mugi Miso, which was lighter than your typical miso, which I appreciated. I didn't ask for any add-ons, which was the right move because I ended up only finishing maybe 75% of my bowl. The noodles were a perfect amount of chewiness, and paired with the broth, meats, and veggies, created an excellent combination of textures. I was surprised at how quickly we were able to sit, and the fact that the place didn't completely fill up even during peak lunch hour. I would definitely come back for a reliable and filling bowl of ramen, even at the risk of having to wait for a table.

I don't recall seeing any seafood on the menu. My sister in law is allergic to shellfish but was just fine with the miso ramen
We do offer ramen to go now but it will come cold Ans needs to be prepared with a microwave
