I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars!! I recently purchased my 1st Travel Trailer from Travelcamp and they’ve earned a customer for life. I took my time, visited all the RV Dealers in Jax and, after getting treated poorly at Camping World(finance department likes to play games) and reading the reviews about General RV, I decided to buy from Travelcamp. I’m pleasantly surprised about how smooth the entire process was from start to finish. Calvin, my sales Guru and Chris, my finance Guru, were amazing to deal with…and trust me, I asked a lot of questions and brought half of Jacksonville by to make sure I was buying the right trailer. I cannot say enough positive things about them and will be referring them as much business as I possibly can. The phone number is a centralized number. No local Orange Park number. No call back. No ability to reach parts dept. I was excited when they arrived on Blanding but it looks like another company whose priorities dont include the customer. I have 5k worth of work to schedule on my 2019 Thor as well as looking at new Class As. I guess they have enough business and and dont need/want mine. I guess its another Lazy Days trip to Tampa.

Madison is the Best …She was extremely helpful.. Provided me with all the operations manual for my rv.. The whole experience went without a hitch ..Show, trade, purchase , technical support , follow up .. Again Madison was the BEST!!!
