This seems to be a pattern of this Dr saying people have inappropriate behavior. Kelly did not wish to listen to our issues nor care about knowing the history of the issues. She preferred not to hear about what we were experiencing I believe to drag out insurance for money. She was extremely rude and aggressive in conversation. I have witnessed this in care as well as my husband. Not a genuine caring person. That’s sad that this office would treat another elderly person this way, I read this in another comment. This office gave false information to our family practitioner that was documented in his record from the communication from their office to our provider. Reporting these incidents to the better business bureau would be a better place to post a complaint. If you look at their responses, I seen another post where they called someone aggressive. Grateful to have found a clinic that did the simple test needed to get treatment so we can move on.

I have been seeing K.Tepedino for a few years now for dermatology. The office is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. Dr.K. Tepedino takes her time and will address any issues you may be having. I highly recommend their office!
