This has been the perfect place for our family with 3 kids to stay on Marco Island! More than enough room inside for all of us. Full kitchen is great for having options to eat when you don’t feel like going out. The location is wonderful! A little walk in either direction to get to the beach. There’s restaurants and ice cream just down the road. Very clean, very quiet, feels like home. We will come back here, and we will be so sad to leave.

The Essex condo complex is a good, relatively affordable place to rent out if visiting Marco Island. It is very close to the public access beach as well as a number of other things in the area. The accommodations are reasonably nice and comfortable as well.
