This year marks our third year of staying at the Apollo Condominiums. We love the fact that all units are beach/ water ⛱️ front with amazing views and sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. The added security of needing a key for not only the front door, elevator and the gate coming from the beach, lends an added sense of security. The covered and assigned parking is nice as you don't have to fight for a parking space. We'll definitely return again as we have fallen in love with Marco Island 🏝 and the fact that the Apollo Condominiums are beach ⛱️/water front is the icing on the cake 🎂.

I would ask the people you are renting from. I know the tennis courts have just been redone.
Call Harborview Rentals in Marco Island. They handle bookings of Apollo Condos. Thats who we booked through.
Pretty common to have a pullout couch in those units. Check the description.
You were suppose to have the sunset grille validate your parking
The Apollo does not rent paddle boards but there are several places along the beach that do.
The condo we rented we paid $25 deposit for a parking permit and got it back at the end of the week when we returned it. For the restaurant below the condo if not staying at one of the condos will give you a ticket and the restaurant staff will validate it for you
I was only renting a condo there at the end of July. I couldn't answer that question but i cant imagine anyone going down there at this time, other than the locals returning. To do so would make no sense.
