They don’t care if you sit or not and won’t try to work you in for emergencies. They are scared of a little bit of rain and close the facility for a storm that had very minimal impact on the Jacksonville area. It turned into a very light rain and wind event and now they will be closed for a day and a half for “weather”

Great company and staff! Everybody smiled. Respect to management and workers who follows the rules, policy and positive attitude. My appointment was at 9 pm. I came 4 hours earlier and got a door right away. Left at 6:30 pm. Thank you guys for doing a great job!
