I have so much to say that I don't know what to say so I'm going to try to keep it short. πŸ˜‚ I was researching a reputable company to buy my parents home for when they finally decided to retire and move out of state. I knew that going the real estate route would be a lot of headache especially with some repairs I knew that needed to be done and open permits from a rogue contractor. I started following Leave the Keys on Facebook at least a year or so before going with them, but I was sure after combing the internet to check their reputation that if I could convince my parents to go with a company that buys homes for cash, I was going to go with them. Fast forward a year or so, and I was able to convince my parents! I told them that the timeline was flexible for when they would move, they didn't need to clean, and they could literally just pack what they wanted to take with them and leave the rest. After meeting Larry and Miguel, my dad raved about how they were such gentlemen and loved how they spoke to him. I must agree, they make you feel respected, like you're in a partnership! Also, they recommended to us an awesome lawyer to represent us in the process. Now, I'm used to things going wrong and so it was a bit disconcerting to get no updates but that's because they were taking care of everything. If I got a call, it was because they needed something that only we could provide. That's how easy it was. In this case, no news was good news! Right now, as I write this, I still can't believe how easy it all was. I just bought my first house a couple years ago and the experience was like night and day. My parents got a fair price and Leave the Keys inherited all the headache (open permits, repairs, and cleanup). My parents have now bought their retirement home, cash, in another state in the neighborhood that they wanted. Thank you Larry, Miguel and Rudy! You will not regret using their services!
