First place is awful you can't even go inside the building to speak to a worker to help you with any inquiries or problems that you may have.

This office has moved. There all kinds of notices on the doors but nothing stating the office has moved to a new address. The correct address needs to be corrected on this web site. I was left a message to come between 9-3 but it did not say there office had moved. I went there twice and until I received a call today and told them I have went to the office two different times. I had to ask where they are located then she said oh we moved. I advised they needed to post something on the other building stating they moved.
