The very best part of our 2 night stay here was Allison. There was a power outage at the hotel & she was keeping all the guests aprised of the situation. She was very courteous & patient with all the complaints she was being served up by unhappy guests. Like she has control over a power outage 75 miles away! I will definitely stay here again due to her professional attitude. Thank you Allison.

Not even sure where to start. We originally booked a cabin for vacation. Due to unforseen circumstances we ended up booking a room here at the very last minute. Allison was AMAZING and made our week stay a trip to remember. Everyday she greeted us with a smile and always went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided the best hospitality and recommendations to ensure this teto was one we never forgot. I hope you recognize the gem she is.

Positive: The location is perfect and has a great view of the mountains. The free breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff was exceptional. Negative: The only negative thing about the hotel was the tub would fill up with water when taking a shower.

We booked a room at the Blue Ridge Comfort Inn at the last minute for a quick get-a-way. Our son had previously stayed at this property for work, and suggested we stay here. We were very pleased with the property. So glad that Choice Hotels have begun to upgrade their properties.
