Too steep drive up very scary back entrance much better. SMALL PARKING AREA NO WHERE FOR TRUCKS or TRAILERS Room was good clean comfortable. BREAKFAST AREA CLOSED AT 850....Could only get juice. Why the rush to run people off?

The only good thing I can say about this place is the customer service, both ladies I dealt with were super sweet. Booked on booking.com for the pool.. it’s been closed for a year. If anyone turns on a shower or sink it sounds like the water pipes are going to explode.

It was clean and staff was very nice! But... the beds were not comfortable, might be for some, and the continental breakfast was not good at all. It was microwaveable sandwiches, the pancakes had no flavor, and the syrup was not good. Just kind of cheap bad tasting food. Also the pool and hot tub are closed due to "covid" If we had known that we would not have stayed here.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and my only issue was not having a microwave in the room, which for me was an inconvenient since I needed it for personal reasons. Other than that, the whole entire staff members that I had the opportunity to speak with, were really nice and friendly, something that you don't get to see to often nowadays. The hotel was super clean, the lady that was at the front desk when I arrived at almost 3:00 am in the morning was really nice and sweet and the guys the following day as well! Overall, nice hotel, nice location, the nicest people and the cleanest facility. And last but not least I want to thank Wendy the Hotel Manager for having such a wonderful group of people working with you!
