Never again! We Waited 35 minutes in the lobby after our appt to be taken back to put our dog with cancer down. Then we were told they don’t provide boxes anymore. Luckily we had a blanket in the car or we would’ve had to take our deceased dog out through the lobby in front up all of their people. They were super overbooked. We also paid for a clay paw print to be done at the time which they forgot to do. They can keep the credit we have on our account because we will never be back. We’ve been going there for years but they made this horrible day even worse. Super disappointed in Dr Sanchez and his staff.

What a wonderful facility and staff! Everyone was upbeat and positive. They took the time to find out about our Cooper puppy, he received his updated shots and got checked out. We WILL be back!! Thank you!!
