When I walked on the lot 4 years ago, I knew little about Subarus. Their sales department was great at explaining all the features and helping me find the model I wanted and needed. They weren't pushy and were very responsive. Sales convinced me to give a Subaru a try, the vehicle and their service department turned me into a Subie fan and advocate. I've already convinced others to convert as well. No regrets, I love my Forester! Nothing but positive experiences with all my interactions. I still come here for service even when there's dealerships closer to me now. Buy a Subaru here, along with the service package and you won't be disappointed. The WRX below was on the floor the day of this post.

Unfortunately had a no so great experience. . My salesperson Chris has assisted me over the last couple of years in helping find a car for my daughter. He has been very responsive and always willing to help . I went in to possibly purchase a 2010 Nissan Altima today and Chris was there ready to help! I took the car for the pre-inspection and came back with the results. The inspector stated that the car shouldn't have passed VA inspection due to the rear brakes and some other things that would need to be addressed before buying. The manager Chris spoke to would not budge on ANYTHING and insisted the brakes were "good". All they had to do was fix the breaks and at least fix or lower the price of the car for the other issue found during pre-inspection and my daughter would have gotten her car paid IN CASH tonight. Chris lost a commission and this place lost a customer. Even if they called to make it right, I would not purchase!

I had an emergency tire and wheel damage. Shay got me in and out quickly and fixed my problem easily. I spoke to Dave in parts who found my needed parts and held them for me when I got there. I work as a service advisor for a Subaru dealer and I know great service when I experience it. You guys get 5 stars. Matt Miller

Sales person, Jason Low, was awesome. Made buying a car so easy! I purchased car online. Jason answered all my questions, gave me a great price on a new Subaru Ascent, and delivered the car to my home in Richmond, Va. Would definitely recommend giving Jason a call. 😊

You can’t do that anywhere bud
Hi New Ageless Massage, the Subaru Impreza starts as low as $18744 up to $27195, depending upon equipment and trim packages.
I can get a good look at t bone by sticking my head up a bulls butt. But wouldn't you rather take the butchers word for it?
Subaru does not offer an aerosol paint. Only touch up pens..
