We rented a canopy tent. It was not stated in the contract that they were going to charge me $200 (originally charge me $300) to take the tent down. When I called they said it’s $75 per hour to take it down which I was ok with that fee, but charging me $200 is extremely excessive. They said they were saving me $100! What!?? Just a suggestion, put this information in your contract. We rented lots of items from them for our event, so I’m disappointed and will not be renting from them again.

Renter a trencher attachment for my skid loader. 25' into the trenching, the trencher stopped. Try to get it going without any luck. Called A1 and they provided me with a stand on trencher to swap out. Worked great. Fast response and no mental hassles which is the first response from some folks. Just a pleasant and professional transaction. Good job on the customer service.

I like shopping here and wish they would get a horse trailer to rent because nobody else has one and I know people would rent it
