Was 15 minutes late because of an accident on 695 causing 20 minutes of delay. After filling out my forms I was told that they could no longer hold my appointment because I was late, even though I was the only patient in the entire waiting room at the time. Even though they do not bring you back to actually see anyone about your appointment for 30-45 minutes after your appointment time I was told because of my lateness they could not see me. They offered to schedule me for 3 weeks from now when I have been trying to see someone about this for over a month. The first appointment they gave me was 3 weeks out even though it was set up from my primary care doctor and the new appointment was 3 weeks out. Find a different place to go that won’t cancel your appointment for being 15 minutes late when they are 30-45 minutes late for your appointment anyway.

Best Arthritis Dr ever Dr Nasseri has been my Dr for over 12 years never had a issue staff is so polite and kind also his other doctors who covers for him when he is not available are awesome I moved out of Maryland to Pennsylvania and I still kept him as my doctor I would recommend anybody to use him you will never regret it

Wonderful !! Dr. Rottman is very kind, patient and listens. She explains things in a manner so I can understand. Andrea is GREAT at drawing blood. I am a super hard stick and dread getting bloodwork done but she takes her time and gets it right the 1st time. And no bruising !! Thanks Andrea & Dr. Rottman !!

They are the worst ever. They never answer the phone. I have been trying to cancel my appointment for days now. The staff at the Rosedale office are very nice but the Catonsville office (largest of them & probably the main office) are so rude, disorganized and do not care about patients at all. They have signs on the walls about covid vaccinations, dental, other medical procedures & others. When you ask them about these including how you could make appointments, insurance policies, the staffs have no ideas. They do not care to answer you questions at all. They just want to process payments and that's it. Do not recommend ever!!!!
