This is our family’s third Subaru. A warning light came on and I needed to have the car looked at. Farrish fit me in the next morning. I was introduced to Mr. Brown as the representative who would be handling my repair. Once I mentioned the problem, he immediately asked pertinent questions and, based on his obvious automotive experience, readily and clearly explained the problem and what was needed to remediate it. He provided progress reports and details when I asked. He was ‘spot-on’ and my car was finished when I was promised it would be. Mr. Brown represents the values one looks for. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Excellent customer service all around. Car repairs can be upsetting and confusing. Not at Farrish. And certainly not when working with Mr. Brown! We had an unexpected issue when we had a tire replaced at a tire specialty store. They found two broken lug stems they couldn’t repair. I contacted Fsarrish and they told me they could fix the problem even without an appointment. They did…same day. Great service. Friendly staff.
