Dirty! That’s what I can say about this location. Service - none, the employees are just hanging out behind the counter and do not want to be bothered. No ice, tables filthy, trash on the floor, the list goes on. No matter what I have been to this location for the last time.

Nice location, clean with friendly staff. Got a nice Cobb salad. The piece of plain white bread cut in half was unnecessary.

I really struggle to give this place a 3 star, but sometimes they are really on point. Tonight was not that day. Ordered no cucumbers on a salad and got extra cucumbers, and only one chicken tender on it, along with a piece of Texas Toast that hadn't even been toasted. Ordered extra Zax sauce, and got none. Ordered Tongue Torch Sauce wings and got Nuclear wings. It does me no good to even complain though, as management never does anything about it. Never. I realize good help is hard to find right now, like really hard, especially in this town, but my god y'all. Get it together. It is definitely a gamble going here, and our kids are the ONLY reason that we even still go there at all. I wish you the best of luck if you choose this specific Zaxbys location, and may the odds be ever in your favor.

We arrived around 8;15 and the drive thru was wrapped around the building. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwiches and they were delicious. Even though the wait time was around 25 minutes, it will not deter us from going back. It was the best chicken sandwich we have had anywhere, hands down.
