been there 3 times in 2 weeks. 1st time hamburger was under done. had to bus my own table. 2nd time, onion rings good but they were all broken, except for the two really small rings. had to bus own table. fountain station a mess. no lids, soda spill all over. my tab was $9.70. the girl at register tried to give me 30 brand new shiny pennies, after opening a new roll. 3rd time, bussed my own table, waited 29 minutes for cheese burger/ fries. this was about 1:30 in afternoon. idk...

Took 30 mins to get food for dine in. I was told there were only two people working the kitchen while 3 people worked up front. One on the window and two standing talking to everyone who was working. Go the order after the 30 min wait and it was wrong. Roughest experience I’ve ever had at a Cookout location.

Only reason for two stars not one is the staff was great. The hot dog bun was crunchy on one side and the chili is gross.

Really slow. Took almost 30 minutes for dine in and a tad pricy - $9.69 for burger, fries, slaw and drink. Asked for lettace, tomato, cheese and mayo but got lettace and onion. Everything was cold by the time I got the order. Poor choice and wont be returning However, Friendly staff.
