I’ve ordered a few times with no problems but my last time I ordered 500 crickets and got my order and 400 atleast were all dead !! Was told by someone there that they didn’t have their hands on them at all times so didn’t know what to tell me ? Put me on hold for 30 mins I waited and no one ever answered ? Very unhappy won’t be ordering again !

Hi Richard, It depends what species the turtle is, it could be native or someones escaped pet. If you'd like to send us a photo or bring the turtle by we'd be glad to help! Just be careful as some types certainly can bite.
Smooth Green Snakes are native to New York, therefore we cannot sell them. But we do have a wide variety of other snakes!

Yes, but call they dont always have for sale. They do get some really interesting reptiles of all varieties obviously. If you call and ask they can also get it in or help procure your desired types. They're very helpful and I truly love their friendship every visit.
