Very secure garage and a great location to live. There are grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance, provided you like to walk. The Atlantic Ocean is right behind it. The building appears well maintained. Each floor has about six units that share an elevator.

I was working at this building yesterday and the manager on duty--I believe Nikki is her name--was extraordinarily sympathetic and most helpful Our clients said that this was typical of her.
