We have unfortunately lived here for over a year now and I have complained about a raw sewage smell coming from our air vents for a year now. I called to get maintenance out to our unit and was told “ your lease was never signed “ . It took over a year to realize your paperwork wasn’t right?? We time traveled back to the 50s when I was told “ we will only speak to your husband “ . So here it is summertime coming home to the smell of sewage has filled up your apartment.. the staff is so unprofessional they just flat out ignore your phone calls. The “ corporate “ office is even worse they will ignore your calls, voicemails , and emails. It’s honestly comical how bad this place is. Please don’t waste your money living here especially if you have small children or have health issues , everyone I’ve talked to that lives here has had black mold in their apartment and the office refuses to fix it .

When I lived there it was awful. Cars were broken into, mold in the apartment, and the management was a joke. I called about black mold which I tested on my own and the person who answered not only gave me attitude saying it was just mildew she only sent someone after I said I said I'd sue because I was 4 months pregnant. They said after the visit it was just mildew the only reason I didn't do anything about it because we had bought a house and I could leave but it was awful. Don't live here I did it for almost a year and it was the worst expirence of my life.

Don’t, just don’t. Living here is not worth the hassle. The office staff is disorganized and unprofessional. Parking in front of your own unit is nearly impossible, especially if you live in the front of the complex. The office staff will take up parking in front of your unit, and park so crookedly you can’t park next to them. The townhouse show unit looks absolutely nothing like what you actually get. At one point the office staff wanted us to narc on any neighbors who don’t clean up after their dogs, in exchange for a measly $25 off your already overpriced rent. We recently moved out and they promised us $400 out of our deposits back that we never received, and it’s been nearly two months. There were several instances where people had their cars broken in to, and in the Amazon hub the packages were just out on the floor, not even in the lockers. So if you knew the code to get in, you could just take whatever you want. You can find MUCH BETTER apartments for the same price elsewhere.

When I first signed the lease, I paid up to two and a half months of rent, after then I was NEVER late on rent. I’ve never given them problems. I decorated for Halloween, nothing too much, I had pumpkins by my door and a beware of dog sign, they told me I had to take my decorations down because they weren’t appropriate. Okay cool. Whatever. I was actually pregnant while living here too. I had my baby in December, I had to go on maternity leave and come back home to Memphis until it was up. That means I was not working and I stayed alone so no one was there to actually watch my apartment. Before I left! I informed them of this and told them I may need a little time. Until I came back in January. Rent is due at the latest on the 5th right, and by the 8th I had an eviction notice. Again, I was not on the property at this time, I did not know until they called me telling me if I do not pay by 12 that day, they were sending my account to collections and I would have to leave. I AGAIN explained that I just had a baby , I was not there! The lady proceeds to tell me that she has kids too, but bills still need to be paid. Long story short I did not finish the lease, I paid them off and left, I would NOT recommend dealing w these people.

Is this a good place for a single mom and a little girl to live? Is it pretty quite too? Is parking ok for just 1 vehicle? Just trying to find a good home for me and my little girl where we won’t have any issues.
