I went in for hatch supports for a friend's car. Watched the YouTube video and started to work. First thing, I lost a small part. I called back to see if they had the small component and they told us to drive down and they would fix it. They fixed it and didn't charge us one cent more! All employees were so nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

I was in Chattanooga from south of Atlanta for work and my battery died. The guys at my office recommended the O’Reilly’s on Dayton Boulevard as that is the auto supply store they frequent. Amy was super helpful. She determined that my battery needed to be replaced but was unable to replace it for me due to the fact that the Dodge Journey has the battery behind the driver’s side front wheel. She called several local mechanics until she found one who was available to replace the battery for me quickly. I was back at work at the end of lunch and haven’t had any problems with my battery. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend this store for any future auto supply purchase!
