My hvac heating system wld not come on. Called this hvac guy who said the chimney was blocked maybe by a dead bird etc Needs cleaning. Called complete chimney llc. This Bob guy shows up and wld not even wanna clean. Starts claiming I need a complete new chimney. That what I had was all rusted. Which was a lie. Checked it and I paid him $250 just for his visit. The next day they send me a cost estimate to replace chimney for $4000. Got hold of this African guy who cleaned the chimney and everything was working again for just $300. That was rlly dubious of them. They just wanna make money! Beware of them!

We visited the Showroom and met with Michael and discussed concerns related to our existing wood insert. Michael suggest an inspection be performed to determine if only cleaning was required or if additional services should be performed. The inspection report indicated several problems with the existing equipment which we suspected. We went back into the showroom and met with Michael again and he showed us numerous options to consider and we decided to purchase an Osburn Matrix 2700 Wood Burning Insert along with a new chimney liner and some exterior repairs. Michael was very helpful throughout this process. Jorge and his team arrived on time as scheduled and installed th wood burning insert and new chimney liner. They took extra care and effort to ensure that they protected our floors and new tile work on the hearth and walls of the fireplace area. They worked hard to adjust the fireplace and not cause any cosmetic damage. The new installation looks great and we are looking forward to cold weather so we can test it out. Thanks Mark Briggs
