They never gave enough employees. If you need help or need someone to get something for you, you can either wait endlessly for someone to come help or you can go up to the cashier and ask if they can send someone to help. Then someone will emerge from the other dimension that's behind the back door. Oh and God forbid you need something in the fish section. Getting help there is like finding a four leaf clover.

Jimmy from aquatics was very helpful and informative. He was very patient with answering the many questions we had and friendly through the whole interaction. It wouldn’t of been possible to get our fish without his help!! Thank you jimmy and petco!!

Bought the cutest most friendly Fancy Hamster. The enclosure I wanted said it was a good match for Hamster use. The petco staff up sales me to buy a tank enclosure which really a bit small for him. Hehe he he's a chubby Boy
