I came into Sally's on a mission to find products for 3 little girls. Josh & Amy were AMAZING! Josh walked around the store with me explaining all my options of different products, how to do Thier hair and how to help maintain it. They also made me feel incredibly comfortable. I will absolutely be coming back to this location for all the kids hair care needs in hopes to run into them again! They are truly heaven sent ! Thank you again Josh & Amy !!

I have visited this store before and had better experiences. However, on 9/21/2020 I entered the store at 6:04pm and the older worker SCREAMED at me that the store closed at 6pm. It was so bad that lady who was at the register turned around to see my response. And the person I was on the phkne with got silent. Poor customer service. There is another Sally's on Belair Rd.
