There's a lack of concern in the symptoms I'm experiencing and little to no follow up from my doctor. Procedures are ordered but not thoroughly explained to me. I'm just told to come back to see them in 6 months. I leave there thinking I'm just a number. Also, it's nearly impossible to get through their scheduling line. They need to implement some sort of callback process so you don't have to wait on hold for 20+ minutes.

I need a pacemaker so I got approved for a heart monitor. There was an issue with the first one so it needed a replacement. I called four times and finally got the doctor to order a replacement. Then a NURSE who thinks she knows better than a person with a MEDICAL DOCTORATE said I wasn't allowed to have a heart monitor. I've been in agony for over a month while they were supposedly working on my case. I called back in today for an update since it's been a month and I haven't heard anything. Apparently that's because they didn't do anything. I'm currently waiting a call from the manager to determine why a NURSE is able to override a DOCTOR'S decision. I'm going to get her full name and report her to the PA licensing agency. Completely unacceptable levels of care. I've been in excruciating pain and nobody at this clinic cares. To those that work there: if you aren't empathetic and don't want to do your job, don't go into healthcare where your incompetence can cost people their LIVES. Reaching out to lawyers to talk about my options. Completely completely unacceptable.

Terrible customer service: the office cancelled my appointment and noted the patient cancelled, incorrectly documented my current medications which were told directly to the nurse and again to Dr Castle and still, they had it incorrect. Dealing with the practice has been horrible. In addition, they did not bill the correct insurance company and no one from management will return my call. My heart rate has been about 150 beats per minute with no treatment for close to 3 months. I received better and prompt service through the emergency room physician and my primary care physician. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I had questions without answers. I did not trust Dr. Castle or would recommend her. I am pregnant and the Dr documented incorrectly, the number of weeks I am. That is a concern since I was told that treatment is different depending on what trimester you are in. My blood pressure has been documented and is extremely low. 80/40, no exaggeration. Dr Castle wanted to put me on a beta blocker which is primarily used to treat high blood pressure. I sought a second opinion from Well Span cardiology, Ephrata, and received a completely different diagnosis. Everything about my condition was explained to me. There, I did not even need to ask any questions. In conclusion, this part of my story is 13 months after the birth if my child. Looking back, low blood pressure with an increased heart rate was absolutely reason for concern. I ended up with post partum preeclampsia which is extremely rare and was treated 7 days post delivery with a magnesium drip, 2 different beta blockers, and an anti seizure medication. Every woman I have made contact with who experienced pre eclampsia said there blood pressure was very low during pregnancy until all the sudden your blood pressure spikes dangerously high. When you are pregnant and develop a heart condition, the OB passes you off to a cardiologist and the cardiologist passes you off to the OB. My best advice is be your own advocate. After I left a negative review about my personal experience with Dr. Castle and the practice I received a letter in the mail stating the practice would no longer see me unless I was having a medical emergency. I cant say I was suprised but I had already taken the step to find another cardiologist before receiving the letter from the heart group. I stand by my post. I would never EVER reccomend the heart group to anyone. Keep in mind I have had well over 13 months to reflect on my experience there. Tachycardia is nothing to ignore and it is not a condition to wait out.

I was fast admitted into LGH Thursday evening due to some heart issues by Dr. Slovack. Never was put on the heart floor where I was to be. I had 2 abnormal EKG'S back in 2021 and then an Echo to be cleared for a surgery. Dr. Ibarra never told me any of my results. This past week I had 3 episodes unless then a week of Syncope. I also was told I have QT Prolongation. Spelling might be incorrect. However only after a year later am I finding this out. Dr. Slovack said this is deadly and he was shock I havent passed away yet. I wasnt given any of my medications in the hospital. Went through severe withdraw die to some pain meds Im medically prescribed from a major injury until my permanent pain pump is inplanted. Was never given my antibiotics. Noone knew anything, could answer my questions etc. I was told some meds I am on can make my issue worse but they didnt tell me which ones they wanted me to stop. Told me my EKG'S and Echocardiagram at the hospital were normal. I actually left early on my own free will. I have never been mistreated so poorly by a medical doctor in my life. Never saw a doctor. Only nurse practioners. I was told my heart issues are sinus related and that I need to go back to a pysch because I have PTSD. This was told to me from and Internal Medicine person who admitted she is not licensed or have to the degree to tell me this. On the way home my tests start coming in my LGH App. My EKG'S were abnormal and my Echocardiagram is showing 4 to 5 abnormalities with my heart. I would not take a pet fish to this place. Very unprofessional, dont take the time with their patients. They could totally careless. I continue to hear horror stories that people have been messaging me about. So disgusted...
