Postman repeatedly delivers the wrong mail. Last Friday, everything that was in my box to be picked up was scanned as delivered to me. Now all my customers are calling saying the tracking says their package was delivered back to me. Just wow....

My experience at this post office has been pretty good. The staff move a little slower than expected because a lot of customers want to tell their life story or miss a small detail on their shipping label, but the staff will just tell you how to rectify it, and even let you fix it on the spot without losing your place in line. The only reason I would give this place a 4 instead of 5, is that store side of the post office doesn't usually have packing material or anything of the sort on site anymore, likely due to COVID, so unless you're okay with just the flat shipping envelopes and boxes, you have to stop somewhere else first.

You can ask your carrier if they have a hold card for you to fill out, or you can pick one up from the post office. You may also just write up your own note and leave it for the carrier. Just make sure you leave the start and end dates of the hold time along with your name.
