I have never seen anything like this location. They are very rude and aren't able to answer a simple question regarding one of their forms. The candid response is "we can't give legal advise". In one instance I was told to research my question on the internet. Why in the world would I research the internet with the many states, and forms. Anyone should be able to call the local court for an answer regarding a form they sent. I called two other locations and they both explained the nature of the form and answered the applicable questions.

Just a heads up: if you're a black Male, don't waste your time going to THIS court. You will lose your case , especially if you get the judge that's black too. It's a lose lose, so save yourself the time!

Not an attorney, but a wage garnishment is an option. But realistically, you'll probably only get paid if they try to do something bigger in life.
You have to file paper work a eviction notice and it bascially takes 30 days
The question kinda contradicts itself I'm not really sure what you're asking I know about statue of limitations I know about small claims court but you're saying if you don't satisfy it and then at the end you said it's been paid off so I'm a little confused
