I went here today and spent OVER an hour TRYING to REDEEM my WARRANTY on my alternator ! 🥱 ONLY to find that they couldn't figure out how to find my warranty or my part through any of their computer SYSTEMS/SCREENS/ NO MATTER HOW HARD THEY TRIED ! 🤨 yet I could call ANY OTHER STORE while still in THEIR parking lot and in THEIR STORE and they FOUND it IN JUST SECONDS ! WT....? this PARTICULAR STORE just COULDN'T get the job done! VERY disappointed! WHAT IN THE WORLD WAS WRONG WITH THAT STORE !?! I'LL NEVER KNOW !? WAS THIS A PERSONNEL PROBLEM? OR AUTOZONE'S COMPUTER SYSTEMS? YET, NO OTHER STORE I CALLED HAD A PROBLEM FINDING IT RIGHT AWAY ! & WORSE ! I WALKED BACK IN THE STORE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE STILL ON MY PHONE FROM A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORE WITH THEM ON SPEAKERPHONE TO TRY TO HELP THE ASSOCIATE AT THIS PARTICULAR STORE ! AND THEY STILL COULDN'T GET IT DONE !🤔🥺🤪 SO NOW I WILL HAVE TO TRAVEL CLEAR ACROSS THE BRIDGE TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN TO GET MY ALTERNATOR EXCHANGED !😡 UNBELIEVABLE !😡 AUTOZONE NEEDS TO FIX THIS ISSUE WITH THEIR COMPUTERS AND THEIR SYSTEMS BEING TIED TOGETHER SO THAT THINGS AREN'T SO COMPLICATED !🤪 THIS IS FRUSTRATING NOT ONLY FOR CUSTOMER BUT ALSO THE STAFF TRYING TO HELP OTHER CUSTOMERS ! ,NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO BECAUSE OF THE SYSTEM BEING SO UNORGANIZED THAT THEY'RE TRYING TO WORK WITH ! 🤨 COME ON AUTOZONE HQ! GET IT TOGETHER ON YOUR END ! 🤪😜
