I tried to sell my Seiko watch and the girl working there tried to tell me she could only give me $35 for it when I paid $100 for the watch. When I asked to speak to someone higher up, she look confused and asked, "what do you mean?" I will never come to this wretched pawn shop again and I'll tell people not to come here too. It's highly inconsiderate and insulting to try to give me $35 for a Seiko watch. Disgusting customer service!

We visited on a Sunday afternoon and the Dream Team of Robert, Lesly and The Professor Deontay really made us feel welcome. The customer service was astounding and the deals were magnificent.
